By accessing and using the services provided by Compass Cleanse, located at 24 Upper Woburn Place, London, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include premium car washing, interior detailing, ceramic coating, and fleet vehicle maintenance. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments for mobile or studio detailing can be made via our website or by phone. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. For premium services such as Ceramic Coating, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot.
Note: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather conditions that may affect the quality of exterior detailing or ceramic application.
3. Service Limitations & Liability
Compass Cleanse strives for perfection in every detail. However, customers must remove all personal belongings from vehicles prior to interior detailing. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside. While our technicians are highly trained, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, such as loose paint chips, cracked windshields, or faulty electronic components.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon for fleet accounts. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For fleet vehicle washing services, invoicing terms are strictly 14 days from the date of service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Compass Cleanse website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Compass Cleanse and protected by UK copyright laws. Use of our branding for external purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.
